    Extract measured dimensions from point clouds, polygonal models, or probed points, and nominal dimensions from a CAD model or a measured part. Seamless import of a wide range of native CAD formats. Full support for PMI (Product Manufacturing Information) with automatic feature creation.

Laser Scanning Capable

The Kreon Zephyr III range of 3D laser scanners offers high-speed, high-accuracy non-contact measurement, ideal for inspection and reverse engineering tasks. Available in three models—Zephyr III-50 (5 µm accuracy), Zephyr III-150 (14 µm accuracy), and Zephyr III-300 (26 µm accuracy), the range is designed to suit everything from fine-detail components to larger, less complex parts. With scanning speeds of up to 600,000 points per second and laser line widths up to 300 mm, the Zephyr III delivers fast and precise surface data, even on reflective or multi-material parts.

Perfectly suited to Aberlink’s mid- to large-sized CMMs such as the Horizon, Halo, or Azimuth, the Zephyr III transforms these machines into versatile hybrid systems capable of both tactile and non-contact inspection. It integrates seamlessly with PolyWorks|Inspector™ software, enabling advanced part-to-CAD comparison, 3D analysis, and reporting. This makes the Zephyr III an excellent choice for manufacturers seeking a high-performance scanning solution on larger CMM platforms.
